Meet Nathalie, our Founder
Nathalie is an Experienced Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher E-RYT 500 and Yoga Therapeutic Specialist based in London.
Bringing presence, confidence, joy, and passion to every class, Nathalie's teaching is built upon a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga.
She masterfully combines creative sequencing and flow with a profound focus alignment. Nathalie wholeheartedly welcomes all students: from brand-new practitioners and advanced yogis, to those rehabbing from injuries or seeking a thoughtful, therapeutic approach to their practice.
Beyond the studio, Nathalie works in association with The London Therapy clinic.
